Simply put: This was a stay of a lifetime! We stayed at Brian's villa at Lifestyles with a small group of girls (late 20s/early 30s) for our annual trip. Brian, his team and the Lifestyles staff were unbelievable hosts that made us feel so welcome and helped us every step of the way, including incremental excursions and late-night pizza requests!!
From the beginning, Brian was the absolute best with communication. He asked what method I preferred (text, call or email) — he was SUPER helpful and prompt. From the moment we booked, he was over-communicative with literally everything — From booking each guest's insurance (and updating throughout the trip), coordinating travel accommodations to/from the airport, and even helping to book special excursions with his local network in town. Brian is kind, funny, SUPER responsive and professional. He has a deep understanding of Puerto Plata and the surrounding towns like Sousa. He made us feel safe, welcome and was *literally* our X-Factor to an unforgettable vacation.

From the moment we got to the resort, until the limo drove us away, we had such a wonderful time! For 10 days our biggest decision we had to make was, did we want to relax by our private pool or on one of the beautiful beaches. The villa was so nice, each morning we had a housekeeper that came to clean (really clean), a cook that made a wonderful breakfast and a pool guy that cleaned the pool!
Brain was absolutely amazing to communicate with, he would respond within minutes if we needed anything. This was our second time staying in a villa at the resort and after the first time we thought it could not get any better, but working with Brian upped the experience!! If your looking for a carefree relaxing vacation this is the place to go! Oh, did I mention the chef that comes to your villa and serves up an amazing BBQ by the pool? You don't want to miss it!! Amazing!!

Brian was a great host, he helped us with everything we needed and answered all of the questions we had. We had an awesome week. The villa was incredible and everything included with the black bracelets was definitely a plus.

Brian was always available for any inquiry I had pertaining to trip. Celebrated my daughters birthday on day of "chefs bbq" and everything turned out perfect including the birthday cake ordered from Brian . Pictures does not do the actual house justice. House was very spacious and beautiful including the pool you have access to 24/7. There's Nothing like waking up in the morning to drink your coffee by the pool and listen to the waterfall. Will absolutely recommend Brian's house to my friends and family. Thankyou Brian for your hospitality and your open availability in answering ALL of my questions and concerns.

The house was luxurious and amazing. I was like having your own private oasis. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. It was way more bigger than we expected . The daily breakfast and maid service was amazing. The Chef BBQ is a must. The food was fresh and authentic. The resort was huge so the personal golf cart was a great added feature. Brain was a great host as he answered every need or issue my family and I had. His hospitality and communication are top notch. Thank you Brian for making a memorable vacation for my family and I.

This stay was seriously spectacular! The villa was far more spacious than the pictures depict. The food was some of the best we've ever had at an all- inclusive. Having breakfast prepared in the villa each morning was incredibly convenient and the barbecue was nothing short of AMAZING! Grilled lobster, steak, fish, spaghetti and much more! They even accommodated dietary restrictions. the beach was beautiful and the cabanas were perfect! Having the golf carts made traveling around the large resort so much easier than it would have been without them.
Brian, our host, was incredibly accommodating, answering questions, preparing us for what to expect, and getting our dinner and drink reservations in timely.
Oh, and the 4 king sized beds make it the perfect couples destination!

My husband and I both enjoyed our stay at Brian's home on the Life styles vacation club resort. We had our every need met. The home is much bigger than the description or the pictures depict. The home is clean, very open and bright. We are accustom to staying in beach front properties. This home was a lovely trade off. The back yard was our own private oasis. Our own personal resort to enjoy. We spent lots of time enjoying music, listening to the water falls and just relaxing in the outdoor living areas. When I asked my husband what did he like most about our trip, he said the special treatment we received. Our concierge Louis, provided a phone number we could contact him on. He responded to my questions even after 10pm. The daily breakfast and the BBQ dinner prepared in the home were special additives that made you feel totally in your own comfort zone. The internet connection is the only complaint I have. You constantly have to reconnect. And as you move from room to room you may loose service. Outside the home, on the resort service is even worse. Brian provided a contact to a driver which I had contacted prior to visiting. We did not use him due to scheduling however he was a very valuable resource, providing insight to our daily off the resort activities. Thank you Brian for all your communication prior to the trip. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING .... Brian Villa is just amazing , better than i was expecting , is clean , big , i felt like a king in a palace , Brian is a super host as soon we got there i have a email from him making sure everything was ok , the whole resort is just out of this world , the service, the people , the food , etc . if your are looking for the best vacation ever is only one place to go (to Brians Villa ) love it so much that im already planning to back in the summer time - have to tell u Brian thank you for having me in your Villa was the best Birthday ever the pool is so nice that u dont want to get out , the back yard WAO so relaxing and had a nice stereo system to listening to your favorite music breakfast cook at the villa every morning , fridge full of water sodas beers juices fruits , vip bracelet , what else u can ask for , like i said AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING

Brian was a great host- he knows the resort in depth and is able to provide great recommendations for your stay.
The house itself is gigantic- the pictures really don't do it justice. I could have stayed there all week and just enjoyed the pool and chef prepared breakfast! It really is worth getting the black VIP bands as well. We had access to everything and also a concierge who was there whenever we needed him. Location wise- the house is also very close to everything. We had a golf cart but enjoyed walking almost everywhere.
The VIP restaurants we went to were great, Azul being our favorite. The VIP coffee shop is also great for an iced coffee or espresso and dessert.
Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely go back

This villa is amazing! Way bigger than I expected and the rooms are decorated beautifully. The backyard is huge and it has a two golf cart driveway which was perfect for our two golf carts. Nothing can compare to the unlimited VIP access to the resort's restaurants, bars and beaches. Plus the personal chef and bottle service to the villa, we felt like royalty. Brian was also extremely attentive and responded quickly to our needs. He, along with the Lifestyle staff, really made our trip super special. My family and I completely fell in love and cannot wait to come back.
