Welcome to The Royal Villas at the All-Inclusive Lifestyles Holiday Vacation Club. Whether it be a family vacation, getaway with friends, honeymoon or special occasion, we offer you our privately owned 4 Bedroom Villa, spaciously sleeping 8 people. As direct owners of this Villa Property, we can book you with as little as 30 days notice. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE GUARANTEE OUR VILLA WHEN YOU BOOK WITH US. WHEN YOU BOOK WITH US, YOU GET OUR VILLA, GUARANTEED. WHEN YOU SHOW UP, THERE ARE NO SURPRISES.

An All Inclusive Fee which pays for the Amenities Listed below is payable in addition to the RENTAL FEE and must be paid upon booking confirmation via electronic means. The mandatory fee is for VIP All Inclusive benefits and is $129 USD per person, per day. Children 2-11 years of age pay 50% of this rate only, or $64.50 per person per day. Cancellations made within 3 months of travel will result in a Future Travel Credit Voucher. We highly recommend and are licensed to sell travel insurance for most Nationalities.

Our Villa is meticulously designed and attentive to all details including fine furnishings and linens, marble washrooms, appliances, air conditioning, cable television, ceiling fans, private pool and jacuzzi, custom designed double waterfall, shaded patios and a beautiful outdoor suspension bed. Unique features of our Villa include daily, chef prepared breakfast & complimentary golf cart usage.

There are many bars and restaurants scattered throughout the resort offering each guest a variety of dining choices including Kosher Cuisine. There are also several snack bars at the beaches which are all included.

Aside from the true beauty of this Resort community, guests have the option of privacy or mixing with the bustling environment of the overall resort.
